Background.
First things first: James is technically a Pokemon OC based on a romhack of entirely questionable quality. In most memes and the like, that probably won't make a difference/come up and I'm certainly fine with removing him from the setting for thread purposes, but it's worth noting for the record that he's originally from a magical little fighting animal world.
Secondly: His romhack is set in a totally unique region uncreatively called Topaz. If you are from a Pokemon canon, you're welcome to mistake him for Galarian as the UK was the clear inspiration for the region. To non-Pokemon folk, that's British, innit?
He is the son of Giovanni, the leader of the Pokemon world mafia equivalent Team Rocket. Has been in the team since childhood and takes being the heir(?) very seriously. Was recently passed over for a promotion to Executive. He's not bitter about it or anything though :) And he definitely doesn't have a largely one-sided rivalry/hate boner for the girl who got the promotion instead of him. :) :)
Personality.
JUST A REAL JACKASS. Tremendously aggressive tsundere. Something of a sadist.
